The “Circle of Life” which is a simple but powerful tool that helps you visualize all the important areas of your life at once.
It’s a circle divided into twelve sections that represent different aspects of our lives such as career, relationships, joy.
The rounder and wider your circle is, the more balanced you feel in these areas that affect your health.
I use it periodically for personal reflection and giving my clients a “bird’s eye” view of their lives when we start their health coaching journey.
