Easy sugar-free dessert

Apple Pudding

Invited to a dinner at your friends house and don't know what to bring for dessert? Or you are craving for something sweet and don't want to eat a whole piece of cake full with sugar and starch? Then now, please try this Apple Pudding! You can eat it lukewarm or cool it in the fridge. I had it cool like a pudding and all tastes came together so deliciously.

Ingredients:

* 2 red apples

* 3-4 pieces of cloves

Grate the apples and cook them until apple reaches soft texture in the pan. Smash the apples with fork. Remove the cloves.

Then add the following ingredients:

* 1 tablespoons of coconut flour

* 3 tablespoons of coconut flakes

* 1 glass of coconut milk

Cook until it reaches smooth texture.

Toppings:

* Tahini (sesame paste)

* Cinnamon

* Walnuts
